Millennium Hotels to rebrand Millennium Downtown New York

Millennium Hotels & Resorts will rebrand Millennium Downtown New York as M Social Hotel New York Downtown, scheduled to debut this summer. Following the opening of M Social Hotel New York Times Square, this latest addition expands the presence of the M Social brand within Manhattan’s Financial District.

The hotel will offer 569 newly renovated rooms, including 98 suites, as well as 3,550 sq. ft. of versatile event space.

Saurabh Prakash, interim COO/chief commercial officer, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, stated, “The introduction of M Social Hotel New York Downtown solidifies our commitment to strategic growth in key global markets. New York City embodies innovation and vibrancy, making it a perfect match for our brand ethos, and we are proud to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience here.”

Shah Adil, SVP, operations, asset management & development, Americas, Millennium Hotels and Resorts, added, “M Social Hotel New York Downtown represents the future of urban hospitality—dynamic, connected and culturally attuned. We have created a space that resonates deeply with travelers who seek authentic and engaging experiences in one of the world’s most exciting cities.”

Alex Spektor, managing director, M Social Hotel New York Downtown, noted, “We’re incredibly excited to introduce M Social Hotel New York Downtown to the Financial District. The newly branded hotel will be located near The Oculus, One World Trade Center, the Brooklyn Bridge and the Hudson River.
