Metro Hotel LLC has acquired the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix North, a 284-room, full-service hotel located in the North Phoenix business district. In conjunction with the acquisition, ownership has appointed Ledgestone Hospitality to oversee the property’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth.
The hotel offers 14,000 sq. ft. of versatile meeting and banquet space, a restaurant, a bar and a 24-hour fitness center. A new outdoor pool with poolside cabanas is set to open in March
.

Ledgestone said it plans to implement its proprietary operational and marketing systems to optimize performance at the 284-room site.
