Maverick Hotels and Restaurants has added The York Beach Surf Club and The Sea Latch Inn, both located in York Beach, Maine, to its portfolio of managed properties.
The York Beach Surf Club (YBSC) is a newly renovated, full-service oceanfront resort and hotel. Among the 52 rooms, choices include king or double queen with two- and three-bedroom bungalow accommodations. Each room features either lighthouse, oceanfront, resort pool or garden views. Other room features include floor-to-ceiling windows, custom furnishings and 52-in. flat-screen smart televisions, as well as free WiFi. YBSC is a pet-friendly, with special rooms assigned for well-behaved dogs and their families. Dining and cocktail options include Daybreaker Coffee Co., Pineapple Café and a poolside bar. A flagship food truck, the Rolling Pearl, is also open on weekends and for special events.
The Sea Latch Inn is located in the middle of York Beach and features more than two acres of resort grounds with more than 60 rooms and 20 hotel suites and rustic cottages, as well as a pool and immediate access to the beach.
