Maine Course Hospitality Group has acquired the 106-room Residence Inn Albany Washington Avenue in Albany, NY. This strategic move represents the company’s third hotel in the market, joining the dual-branded Homewood Suites and Tru by Hilton Crossgates Mall in the portfolio.
The Residence Inn is located at the cross-section of I-87, the New York Thruway and I-90. It offers suites with separate living, working and sleeping zones and fully equipped kitchens. Amenities include a 24-hour market, complimentary hot breakfast and complementary WiFi.
