LOS ANGELES—Global brand Luxe Collection has added five additional hotels to its portfolio. Those properties include Eurostars Magnificent Mile in Chicago; The Belmont in Dallas; Il Tornabuoni in Florence, Italy; CoolRooms Atocha in Madrid; and Zeavola Resort & Spa in Koh Phi Phi, Thailand.
In addition to growing the Luxe Collection portfolio, Luxe Hotels’ flagship in Beverly Hills, CA, Luxe Rodeo Drive Hotel, is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation, and The Rose Garden Palace in Rome officially rebranded as The Luxe Rose Garden Hotel, becoming the first property in Europe to carry the Luxe name.
Luxe Rose Garden
Located in a restored townhouse off of Via Veneto in Rome, the newly renamed Luxe Rose Garden hotel offers 57 double rooms and eight suites. Its amenities include a pool, restaurant, and more than 1,100 sq. ft. of event space.
Eurostars Magnificent Mile
Located off Chicago’s Michigan Ave., the 217-room property features guestrooms offering large windows and balconies with views of luxury shopping destinations surrounding the property. The hotel is designed in an industrial-chic style featuring exposed cement ceilings, wooden floors, modern furniture and avant-garde artistic elements.
The Belmont
The under-renovation Belmont Dallas Hotel, located in Southwest Dallas, is a historic motor inn that’s being restored to feature one-of-a-kind rooms, some with outdoor living spaces and others with unmatched views of the Dallas skyline. It also will include a new restaurant and two bars. The renovation is expected to be completed in the spring of this year.
Il Tornabuoni
The property is located in one of Florence’s oldest residences and dates back to the end of the 13th century. The property offers a gourmet restaurant, bistro and cocktail bar with an extensive wine collection.
CoolRooms Atocha
CoolRooms Atocha is located in a palace house from 1852. Recently reinvented as a luxury hotel, the historic property features modern rooms and suites, as well as an oasis pool garden and restaurant and bar El 34 Pinchose Bar.
Zeavola Resort & Spa
The eco-friendly luxury resort offers teakwood suites and villas, a spa, cooking classes and a number of ocean excursions, including a visit to Phi Phi National Marine Park.
