Graduate Hotels is adding a new property to its university town portfolio of handcrafted hotels this fall—Graduate Palo Alto.
Set to open in October, Graduate Palo Alto is located steps from Stanford on University Ave. The property was reconstructed by Graduate’s in-house design team while paying careful attention to historic accuracy—the interiors mimic a traditional Spanish colonial style and are heavily influenced by the architecture of the building, which was built in the early 1920s.
The interiors are super curated, layered and filled with artwork—Founder Ben Weprin is a collector. The design was heavily inspired by the Spanish colonial architecture of Palo Alto and reveals some of the local legends and neighborhood traditions.
