Linchris has acquired the Provincetown Inn in Provincetown, MA.
The 102-room hotel sits on more than six acres of land overlooking the Provincetown Harbor. Built in the 1930s, the property has its own private beach and is close to downtown Provincetown.
Amenities include Pilgrim Pool Bar & Grille open in season for lunch, a waterfront pool and The West End Lounge.
“We are incredibly happy about the purchase of the Provincetown Inn to further become a part of the Provincetown community,” said Bob Anderson, president, Linchris. “Our relationship with Provincetown began more than 20 years ago with the Surfside Hotel, and it has been a pleasure to be a part of the town.”
