Leading Hotels of the World and Life House partner

The Leading Hotels of the World and tech-enabled hotel management company Life House are teaming up to offer a turnkey solution for independent luxury hotel owners and developers.

The solution pairs the Leading Hotel’s global infrastructure of sales, marketing and distribution with Life House’s technology platform which has a proprietary revenue management and marketing system (RMMS) and operating platform that automates key back-office functions. Life House will now be a preferred management strategic partner of Leading Hotels.

The collaboration is fueled by the two entities shared mission to deliver exceptional experiences and services to guests and a superior return on investment to hotel owners and developers, they report. One of Leading Hotels’ historic properties, The Wheatleigh, a  Gilded-Age era resort located in the Berkshires, has been managed by Life House since 2020.
