Lauren Rottet, FAIA, FIIDA, internationally celebrated architect, designer and president/founding principal of Rottet Studio, has teamed up with global furniture brand Haworth Inc. to introduce the Lauren Rottet Lyda and Lawson lounge pieces. This sofa range can be specified for casual or more formal office and hospitality settings, while emphasizing a refined aesthetic, sophisticated materials and attention to detail and craftsmanship.
The first iteration, the Lyda sofa designed by Lauren Rottet, is upholstered in a warm neutral mohair and gray leather, and complemented by steel arms and a marble tablet surface which can be positioned according to preference. A hidden pocket drawer in the arm of the sofa allows for USB connections and additional storage.
“It’s been exciting to work with Haworth on this collection. Many of the pieces have a traditional meets modern aesthetic that can work in a variety of environments,” said Rottet.
