Hotel Investor Apps (HIA), a hospitality-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting platform, has revealed that Lark Hotels, a management company specializing in luxury and boutique hotels with 125 keys or less, has implemented its ERP and accounting solution for its portfolio of 50-plus properties.
With HIA, Lark Hotels increased access and visibility into financial management by setting up more than 100 team members in the system (with role-based permissions), taking advantage of HIA’s unlimited user capability. Lark now has automated PMS and POS imports, new custom integrations and an automated accounts payable solution.. In addition, Lark Hotels now has access to improved reporting and real-time dashboards.
“Our previous software system was almost like a black box that no one was allowed to touch, and only very highly selected individuals got to look inside it,” said Scot Hopps, VP, operations, Lark Hotels. “HIA is the exact opposite.”
