KSL Resorts has named Dhruv (DJ) Jain as its director of investments and business development.
In his new position, Jain is charged with managing deal flow and underwriting to help grow and diversify KSL Resorts’ portfolio. He was most recently VP of Stratton Road Realty, overseeing the entire investment management process from sourcing, underwriting, acquisition due diligence to asset management and disposition for the Orange County-based real estate solutions company. He was VP, investments at Skeiron Real Estate, where he oversaw the acquisition of 15 hotels nationwide, as well as a hospitality investment consultant for REVPAR International and a food and beverage manager for Trump International Hotel & Tower.
According to Michael Palmeri, SVP/chief investment officer, KSL Resorts—which invests in and manages destination resorts, hotels and clubs—Jain offers an optimal mix of hotel operations, consulting, asset management and transactional experience, making him an ideal team member as KSL Resorts focuses on future growth.
