Kinseth Hospitality Companies has acquired Irish Cottage & Suites in Galena, IL, and has taken over management of the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash in Blue Ash, OH.
Irish Cottage & Suites, a boutique hotel in Galena’s historic district, includes 75 guestrooms and Frank O’Dowd’s Irish Pub & Grill, a full-service restaurant and bar.

The addition of the Hyatt Place Cincinnati/Blue Ash to the company’s third-party management portfolio expands its presence in the greater Cincinnati market. The hotel offers 125 guestrooms, a breakfast bar, The Placery for lunch and dinner, a 24-hour market and 800 sq. ft. of meeting space.
