Ahmed Kabani, a former senior managing director of investments for Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, has departed with his team to launch a specialized Miami-based hotel and development brokerage firm, Kabani Hotel Group.
The Kabani Hotel Group expertise extends to closing more than a billion dollars in hospitality transaction volume and features a network of more than 50,000 hospitality investors, according to the company. Between 2022 and 2023, the group represented clients in the sale of 49 hotels totaling almost $500 million.
Kabani Hotel Group partners include Luis Garino, Suraj Dalal, Kian McLean and Lucas Mondino.
