Hunter Hotel Advisors brokered the sale of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven. Jalaram Sleepy Hollow LLC (Jalaram Hotel Group) purchased the property from Helix Hospitality
Hunter’s Tim Osborne, SVP, and Chase Perry, VP, facilitated the transaction.
Located off I-55, the hotel offers access to major demand drivers. Southaven, 15 miles south of downtown Memphis, is one of the fastest-growing cities in Mississippi and the Southeast, according to the company. The area has a strong industrial market and is recognized as one of the top 10 emerging business hubs. Major employers in DeSoto County’s manufacturing and distribution sectors include Amazon, Milwaukee Electric Tool, Williams-Sonoma and FedEx. Additionally, xAI recently established a supercomputer site nearby with expansion plans.
Renovated in 2023, the 91-key Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven includes complimentary breakfast and amenities including a fitness center, meeting space and outdoor pool.
“Southaven is our home and a strategic market for our company’s growth,” said Rohan Patel of Jalaram Hotel Group. “It was a pleasure to work with Hunter and Helix on the acquisition.”
