Jacaruso Enterprises names Jason Webb CEO

Jacaruso Enterprises has appointed Jason Webb as CEO, marking the first leadership change in the company’s 18-year history. Founder Toni Jacaruso will continue as president, and Bill Jacaruso will remain COO.

The Texas-based hospitality sales company, founded in 2007, pioneered a remote sales model that supports hotels across the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America, according to the firm. Under Webb’s leadership, Jacaruso plans to continue expanding its technology-driven services, including the planned 2026 launch of Lead Shark, an AI-powered hotel sales platform designed to transform hotel prospecting.

“When I started this company, remote sales was unheard of,” said Toni Jacaruso. “Today, Jason and this new leadership team will take us into the next era, leveraging innovation and our people-first culture to help hotels grow stronger and more competitive.”

As part of the transition, the company also promoted several executives: Janel Allen to SVP, marketing; Amanda Harris to VP, operations; April Eskelson to VP, Bold Moves; and Cheryl Fosberry to VP, sales.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue the vision Toni created,” said Webb. “The hospitality industry moves quickly. We are committed to moving with it by innovating, adopting new tools, and ensuring our team and clients benefit from every advancement. Our goal is to be the first and only call hotels make when they need sales expertise.”
