Hyatt Studios property opens in Jacksonville, FL

Hyatt Studios Jacksonville/St. Johns Town Center has opened. Owned by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, the property represents the third Hyatt Studios location developed by 3H Group and operated by LBA, further expanding their collaboration with Hyatt in the extended-stay segment.

Together, LBA Hospitality and 3H Group have been closely involved in the rollout of the Hyatt Studios brand’s first two locations, Hyatt Studios Huntsville and Hyatt Studios Mobile/Tillmans Corner.

Located near St. Johns Town Center, the hotel sits at the intersection of business and lifestyle, offering easy access to major corporate offices and headquarters, medical facilities and some of the city’s best shopping and dining. With convenient access to I-295 and SR-202 (J. Turner Butler Boulevard), the hotel is a short drive from Jacksonville’s beaches and the University of North Florida.

An extended-stay experience is at the core of the hotel’s design, with all accommodations offering studio apartment-style suites and well-equipped kitchens. Amenities include complimentary Grab ‘n’ Go Breakfast, a 24/7 market, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a approximately 600 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, an outdoor patio with firepit and grill, self-service guest laundry and a 24/7 fitness studio.

“Jacksonville continues to be an important and growing market, and we’re proud to open another Hyatt Studios property in a location that naturally supports a wide range of travel needs,” said Beau Benton, president, LBA Hospitality. “This hotel reflects the strength of our partnership with 3H Group and our shared focus on delivering well-positioned, high-quality hotels that meet the needs of today’s traveler.”
