Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based third-party hotel operator and investor, has expanded its executive team with the promotion of Cory Chambers to EVP, chief commercial and analytics officer. The company also promoted Maggie Rosa to VP, operations.
In their respective new roles, Chambers will work with the team to build and drive cross-functional strategies to better serve hotel general managers, their teams and hotel owners, and Rosa will spearhead the operational performance of a portfolio of full-service and select-brand hotels while fostering relationships with owners. Chambers will also continue to lead the HVMG Revenue Excellence team in maximizing market share growth and leading the team to deliver revenue strategies, systems and processes to above-property operations team members, hotel teams and hotel owners.

A 25-plus year hospitality veteran, Chambers previously worked with White Lodging, culminating in a VP, revenue generation role, where he oversaw sales, revenue management, e-commerce and communications for the company’s full-service portfolio. His previous roles with White Lodging include corporate director of sales and marketing and pre-opening director of sales and marketing at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. He began his career with Marriott International, where he held several sales and marketing leadership positions throughout the U.S. at hotels ranging in size from 300 to 1,300 rooms. He actively serves on multiple industry and brand advisory boards with Hilton, IHG, Marriott, AHLA and HSMAI.
On Rosa, Cole said, “Maggie has been an integral part of the success of numerous HVMG hotels, successfully leading the Hilton Houston Galleria, Hyatt Regency Houston North and Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center to some of their highest performing years. In her myriad of roles, Maggie wore many hats, doing everything from overseeing multimillion-dollar renovations to delivering major increases to guest satisfaction scores, RevPAR and GDP results. We look forward to Maggie’s continued leadership overseeing our portfolio of hotels as she continues to excel in optimizing performance, fostering strong relationships and improving guest and associate satisfaction.”
With two and a half decades of operations experience, Rosa began her hospitality career with Marriott International, originally serving as operations department head of the Marina Del Rey Marriott. She has held numerous operational positions through the years, including assistant general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenway Plaza and general manager of the C. Baldwin, a Curio Hotel in downtown Houston.
