Hunter Hotel Advisors has appointed of Riana Stadlen as VP. Based in the company’s New York City office, she will play a key role in the investment sales process with responsibilities spanning underwriting, client relations and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Hunter, she worked at Three Wall Capital, a New York-based hotel investment firm where she focused on acquisitions and asset management. During her tenure, the firm completed more than 70 extended-stay hotel acquisitions across brands including Extended Stay America, Candlewood Suites, Residence Inn, Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites as well as several full-service hotel transactions. Her career began with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group where she was part of the full-service investment sales team in New York.
