Hunter brokers sale of Atlanta Hampton Inn

Hunter Hotel Advisors has brokered the sale of the Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport/Camp Creek Parkway. Logos Hotels purchased the property from BPR Properties.

Mayank Patel, SVP, Hunter, arranged the sale for BPR Properties in North Carolina.

“Mayank and his team once again proved their status as one of the premier advisory firms in the hospitality industry,” Birju Patel, president, BPR Properties. “They were able to consummate this transaction in one of the more difficult lending environments in recent years. This disposition will allow BPR to redeploy funds and continue focusing on premium branded select-service developments throughout the southeast.”

The hotel is situated three miles from the world’s busiest airport, Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International. Location at the intersection of I-285 and Camp Creek Parkway, the property is close to downtown Atlanta. It offers 119 rooms, a business center, a fitness center and an outdoor pool.
