HP Hotels, a full-service third-party hotel management company, has been chosen by Roswell, GA-based Welcome Group of Hospitality to manage its 104-room Hampton Inn and Suites Atlanta/Marietta.
Newly built and opened in 2018, the hotel is 15 miles from Atlanta and close to Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Lockheed Martin and Tesla. The 104-room property features 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, a rooftop terrace and indoor pool. It is close to Kennesaw State University; The Battery Atlanta; Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves; and Marietta Square with its shops, dining and entertainment; and Six Flags White Water.
This assignment further strengthens the HP Hotels presence in the Atlanta market, as it marks its 7th hotel under management in the Atlanta area.
