Hotels open in Florida, California and Texas

Recently opened hotels in the U.S. include a Hyatt in Florida; a Hampton Inn in Calfornia; and Hometowne Studios in San Antonio.

Hyatt Place Panama City Beach/Beachfront
The Gulf Coast’s first beachfront Hyatt Place hotel, Hyatt Place Panama City Beach/Beachfront, has open in Panama City Beach, FL.

The 11-story hotel tower is developed and managed by OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group. Project partners include architect and design firm Bullock Tice Associates; interior designer P3 Design Collective; and general contractor Robins & Morton.

The property has 224 guestrooms and suites, some with bunk beds, as well as a pool with a lazy river, hot tub and private cabanas. Other amenities include complimentary breakfast; a Cozy Corner sectional sleeper sofa and mini-fridge in every room; Coconut Charlie’s beachfront restaurant; a 24/7 market; a waterfront fitness center; and 1,316 sq. ft. of flexible waterfront meeting and event space, which extends onto a covered balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Twenty Four Seven Hotels opens Hampton Inn & Suites Rancho Cucamonga
Twenty Four Seven Hotels has opened the 108-room Hampton Inn & Suites Rancho Cucamonga in California. The new addition brings the company’s total portfolio to 26 hotels, 17 of which are in the Golden State.

The pet-friendly hotel is close to the Ontario International Airport, Victoria Gardens, Ontario Mills Mall, Toyota Arena and many large corporations. Hotel amenities include a heated, outdoor pool, 24/7 marketplace with snacks and beverages, complimentary WiFi, free hot breakfast, fitness center and a 600-sq.-ft. meeting room. Guestrooms and suites feature microwaves and refrigerators.

Hometowne Studios by Red Roof opens in San Antonio
The 64-room HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof San Antonio SeaWorld/Northwest has opened.

The extended-stay property features kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, free in-room WFi, HD flat-screen TVs with free expanded cable, a seasonal pool, free coffee in the lobby, coin laundry and weekly housekeeping. Kitchen kits are also available for purchase for a low fee.

The hotel is only 10 miles from San Antonio International Airport and close to attractions such as as SeaWorld San Antonio, The Alamo, Riverwalk – San Antonio and Six Flags Fiesta Texas.
