From an expense management system and cashless tipping platform to a new revenue management system for North America, hotel technology companies launched new products and upgrades at HITEC 2026 in San Antonio. Here are some of them.
Folio expands hospitality payment suite with Folio Expense
Folio has launched Folio Expense, a fully embedded expense management system that is directly integrated into a hotel procurement and bill payment platform.
Built specifically for hospitality operations, Folio Expense offers property managers control and visibility for purchases that may be necessary outside negotiated contracts and traditional procurement workflows. These purchases may include last-minute runs for supplies, paying for services rendered on-site or procuring a gift for a guest.
Unlike traditional expense tools that operate separately from procurement systems, Folio Expense offers on-property teams a centralized place to purchase anything they need to operate the property, all within management’s highly customizable guardrails. It also connects every expense to a centralized budget, including all orders, inventory counts, invoices, transaction approvals and payments, within a single platform.
Reeco, M3 and Corpay redefine procure-to-pay
Reeco has joined with M3 and Corpay to unveil a seamless procure-to-pay solution.
Through the partnership, hotels can have access to stronger control and validation, with accurate GL posting and no month-end surprises; have less manual work, with AI that codes invoices and flags price and quantity mismatches before they post; process faster, more secure payments, with real-time status back to every team; and access reliable data and reporting across the full AP lifecycle.
The new workflow gives management companies one place to run every property, with fewer manual steps, tighter spend control and numbers they can trust at month-end, according to the companies.
Vingcard showcases range of solutions
Vingcard, an ASSA ABLOY company, has enabled hotels to tap into a single source and take a unified approach to addressing their various technology needs.
Vingcard’s extensively expanded range of solutions offers an example of how the industry is transitioning towards modular technologies that are capable of functioning as part of a fully integrated tech stack delivering heightened efficiency, personalization and service quality.
Following multiple strategic acquisitions and its ongoing priority of researching and developing new breakthroughs in innovation, Vingcard’s solution portfolio now features several distinct categories that are each tailored to specific hotel operational needs. Each category also includes solutions that can either be integrated with a property’s other technologies or serve as a standalone platform, with customization options available that can seamlessly align with specific business needs, including access management, asset tracking, energy & guestroom management, networks & connectivity, cloud & middleware and operations management.

Enseo releases whitepaper on luxury digital hotel guest experience
Enseo has released a new whitepaper detailing challenges and opportunities for an industry pursuing the luxury digital hotel guest experience at all levels. Informed by insights gathered through Enseo-hosted hospitality leadership roundtables and conversations with hotel executives, “The Power of Connections, II: Leveraging Innovation to Drive the Hospitality Guest Experience to the Next Level,” examines why today’s upscale and luxury hotels should reduce reliance on manual processes through strong integrations and reliable partnerships.
Many properties still struggle to operate with disconnected systems behind the scenes. Reservation data, guest preferences, loyalty information and in-room technologies often live in separate environments, forcing staff to bridge gaps manually.
The report finds that the strongest technology strategies connect those systems so information moves where it is needed, staff can respond with better context and guests receive a more personalized, effortless experience from booking through checkout.
Positron launches new site survey and installation tools
Positron Access Solutions has announced that its Virtuoso PRO Element Management Solution (EMS) now scales to support large hospitality networks spanning 1,000 GAM devices and more than 100K Ethernet over Coax CPEs in a single VM installation. In the coming months, Positron will also be releasing new companion tools to Virtuoso PRO. By July 2026, Virtuoso Prelude will guide the site survey process to facilitate the site-specific design and deployment strategy. Also by July 2026, Virtuoso Overture will be available to guide installation of the Positron Access GAM (Gigabit Any Media) solution for a deterministic, verified and validated installation. By combining these powerful new tools, hospitality MSPs will achieve further cost savings and scale to more and larger installations at a much lower cost than rewiring.
Virtuoso Prelude helps hotels achieve robust and efficient deployment strategies for any type of coaxial cabling they may encounter, from simple business-select hotels to multi-thousand-room Las Vegas casino properties. Virtuoso Prelude will efficiently collect all required information to support an optimal design and installation strategy for any type or size of property.
Virtuoso Overture: Using the information captured by Virtuoso Prelude and the resulting site-specific network design, Virtuoso Overture monitors the installation, provisioning and activation of the GAM solution as it is installed at the property.
Revenue Analytics launches Climber RMS in North America
Revenue Analytics has launched Climber RMS, the fast, intuitive revenue management system built for independent and boutique hotels, family-owned hotel groups and regional chains, in North America.
Already trusted by hotels across Europe and Latin America, Climber now brings its pricing intelligence to the North American market, where the large majority of independent and mid-tier properties are not currently leveraging a revenue management system.
Climber puts dynamic, 24/7 automated pricing within reach of a 12-room inn or a multi-property group with 100+ rooms. Rather than bolt revenue science onto generic software, Climber was built around the day-to-day realities independent operators face: limited time, lean teams, and constant pressure to fill rooms profitably. Climber gives operators automated, dynamic pricing that keeps rates aligned with demand without adding to their workload.
Relay launches RelayM
Relay has introduced RelayM, a new compact 5G device communications device that bridges the gap between Relay+ and RelayX. Based on the RelayX design, RelayM delivers enterprise-grade performance in a 35% smaller form factor.
While RelayM is compact, it still integrates critical communication, panic and location awareness into a single, simplified device. Building on the success of Relay+, RelayM offers an evolved design that enhances usability and effectiveness in day-to-day hospitality operations. A new integrated screen provides instant visibility into channel, connectivity and battery status.
RelayM’s size is particularly helpful for housekeepers and mobile staff, as the portable device can easily be clipped to a shirt or worn on a lanyard. This ensures more consistent use and employee protection, all within a single, holistic tool that addresses both safety and communication needs. RelayM boasts all the capabilities of previous-generation models and more. This includes the TeamTranslate feature.
Samsung launches The Frame for hotels
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. has launched The Frame (HL03H model). Designed for hotels and premium commercial spaces, the new model brings the world’s first Art TV to Samsung’s hospitality TV lineup. It serves as both a premium display and a design feature, adding artwork, entertainment and connected hotel services to guestrooms and shared spaces.
The Frame’s display combines 4K QLED picture quality with a refined form that fits naturally into premium interiors. Its Anti-Glare panel reduces unwanted reflections, while the Slim Fit Wall Mount allows the TV to sit close to the wall for a clean, gallery-like installation. The Frame eliminates the need for a separate One Connect Box by integrating key connection components into the display, supporting simpler installation in hospitality spaces. Optional magnetic bezels allow hotel operators to customize the frame to match the design of each space.
RoomPriceGenie introduces price explanations
RoomPriceGenie now provides hoteliers with greater pricing transparency through price explanations, an enhancement to its revenue management system (RMS) that helps hoteliers better understand the market conditions, demand signals and property settings that influence each rate recommendation.
While RoomPriceGenie has always provided a breakdown of the data behind every recommendation, price explanations—now available in the RoomPriceGenie pricing calendar—brings together the factors behind each recommendation into a clear, plain-language explanation that helps users understand the reasoning behind the recommendations.
Price explanations also highlights when the hotel’s pricing rules—such as fixed prices or pricing caps—would prevent the RMS from fully responding to market demand and helps users better understand what adjustments could improve their pricing performance.
