Hotel Equities (HE) has been selected by Beechwood Pinnacle to operate the forthcoming, 239-key AC Hotel located in the historic Rialto Building in downtown Kansas City, MO. Beechwood Pinnacle is the coowner and developer of the hotel, which is expected to open in June.

HE will assist in completing the pre-opening phase with opening day several months away.
