Hilton, ResortPass expand partnership for day-pass offerings

Hilton has revealed a three-year expansion of its longstanding partnership with ResortPass, a provider of day-access experiences. Building on years of collaboration and continued guest demand, the expanded partnership will scale access to Hilton’s resort and wellness amenities across the Americas, offering locals and travelers day access to pools, spas, fitness centers, private cabanas and curated resort experiences.

As one of the earliest global hospitality companies to embrace day-access experiences at scale, Hilton has continued to evolve its offerings in response to shifting traveler and consumer preferences. What began as a convenience-driven offering has increasingly become part of consumers’ broader wellness and lifestyle routines, with growing interest in restorative experiences close to home. In particular, spa and wellness offerings have emerged as a key driver of demand, prompting several Hilton properties to expand their day-use wellness and experiential programming.

“Hilton has long been a leader in spa and wellness innovation,” said Jessica Shea, VP, wellness, retail & leisure operations, Americas, Hilton. “The success of our ResortPass partnership has encouraged us to expand our offerings and accelerate how we approach wellness across our portfolio. We can now better connect our properties more meaningfully to the communities around them, offering flexible access to world-class wellness experiences.”

In celebration of the expanded partnership, Hilton and ResortPass have introduced a new “Off Hours Event Series,” a poolside series of events designed to transform underutilized pool hours into curated, ticketed experiences. Featuring DJs, curated local vendors and elevated food and beverage offerings, the series creates memorable moments for both hotel guests and locals alike. The series is making its debut with a collection of events across Florida, including activations at Hilton Orlando, Hilton West Palm Beach, Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort, Hilton Tampa Downtown and Signia by Hilton Diplomat Beach Resort.

While “Off Hours” brings a social element to the partnership, participating Hilton properties offer curated day experiences that spotlight their amenities, from resort pools and chef-driven dining to immersive spa therapies.

For example, at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, day guests enjoy access to the indoor 60-ft. saline lap pool and vitality whirlpool, dry saunas and steam rooms, along with poolside food and beverage service. Elevated experiences include HydraFacial treatments, immersive floating sound bath therapy, revitalizing yoga classes and a curated selection of wellness-focused offerings.

At Hilton Orlando, families can float the 892-ft. lazy river, with waterfalls, fountains and water cannons, or enjoy the Splash Pad’s interactive spray features designed for younger guests. The adults-only pool area features its own whirlpool along with private cabana rentals. Beyond the pools, guests and locals have access to experiences like the Topgolf Swing Suite and spa treatments including HydraFacials, couples massages and more.

“ResortPass and Hilton are setting a new standard for how hospitality innovates on well-being beyond the traditional stay,” said Michael Wolf, CEO, ResortPass. “The expansion of this partnership reflects a shared commitment to redefining how people rest and recharge.”
