HEI Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the 202-key EVEN Hotel Brooklyn (NY), 167-key EVEN Hotel Rockville (MD) and 128-key EVEN Hotel Norwalk (CT). The properties are owned by a joint venture between Taconic Capital Advisors and 6R Capital Group.

The three hotels each offer a meeting room and a fitness center, as well as an EVEN Kitchen & Bar.
