HEI Hotels & Resorts has assumed management of the 317-room Renaissance Times Square.
The hotel was recently acquired by Newbond Holdings and Apollo Global Management. The hotel is located in Times Square, close to the Theater District.

The hotel was built in 1990 and renovated in 2019. This will be HEI’s eighth hotel in the New York Metropolitan Area—which includes hotels from all the major hotel brands, including Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and IHG—and the fourth hotel in HEI’s relationship with Newbond Holdings and Apollo Global Management.
