HEI Hotels & Resorts has been selected to manage the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.
The property features 179 guestrooms, 8,500 sq. ft. of private event space, Mayfair Grill and a rooftop bar and pool. The hotel also offers wellness programming, including a juice and smoothie bar, yoga sessions and a fitness center.
