Lodgistics, a cloud-based operations and collaboration platform provider, has appointed industry veteran Jessica Kramer as CEO.
Today Lodgistics serves hundreds of hotels, including properties in major markets branded under Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, IHG and Choice flags. Kramer will lead the company’s expansion efforts.

Kramer brings to Lodgistics more than 20 years of experience growing hospitality SaaS businesses into category leaders. She previously served in executive leadership roles at TravelClick, ALICE and SevenRooms. She also held a hybrid business strategy and in-house counsel role at Newport Hotel Group, where she was responsible for their ecommerce and technology stack. She currently serves as a board member at the Travel Industry Executive Women’s Network (TIEWN) and is a former board member of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI).
