Hay Creek signs three management deals

Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants, a subsidiary of Victory Hotel Partners, has expanded its presence in the Northeast with three management deals. Now with more than 30 hotels and resorts under the agreement, the company has also relocated its corporate headquarters to Denver; New York; and Medellin, Colombia.

“Introducing a variety of properties into our system is a critical part of our growth strategy as we remain intentional in our approach to build a portfolio of boutique, independent hotels that vary in size, segmentation, and geographic location,” said Gary Sims, CEO, Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants.

The hotels being added to Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants’ portfolio are:

The Grand Summit at Attitash, located at the base of Attitash Mountain in Bartlett, NH, has a ski-in, ski-out access in Vail Resort’s Attitash Mountain. With 143 rooms and suites, the condominium hotel incorporates views of the Mt. Washington Valley and offers year-round outdoor recreation from skiing, snowmobiling and tubing to rafting, fishing, ziplining and more. Food and beverage outlets include the newly renovated Tap House Restaurant and slope-side Black Diamond Grille. The property offers one of the largest meeting and event complexes in the Mt. Washington Valley with more than 12,000 sq. ft. of space and is about 150 miles from Boston. Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants assumed the management of the property earlier this month.

Hotel Canandaigua is a new-build, Tapestry by Hilton-branded full-service lakefront resort with 109 guestrooms, including 18 suites, located on the northern shore of Canandaigua Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. NY.  On-site hotel amenities include Cove Restaurant & Bar, the Bird Cage (seasonal outdoor bar), fitness center, pool and more than 14,000 sq. ft. of function space.  The property is scheduled to open this spring.

Brookmere Hotel, located in Saratoga Springs, NY, a mile from Saratoga Racetrack, was formally known as Longfellow’s, a locally revered hotel, restaurant and event space. Sitting on a 10-acre site abutting Saratoga National Golf Course and with private access to Lake Lonely, the project is an upper-upscale hotel with 88 rooms and suites, Clover Restaurant & Bar with a seasonal outdoor porch; 3,500 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including an additional seasonal courtyard; and an upscale spa. Hay Creek will be working closely with Spring City Development, Bonacio Construction and interior design firm Sims Patrick Studio, and will begin operations upon its opening slated for mid-summer 2024.

“Historically, the word boutique has been synonymous with small in scale, but at Hay Creek that word simply signifies an opportunity for us to customize and curate a guest experience for a diverse collection of hotels ranging in size and complexity, which is evident in this current mix of new hotels we’ve brought into the portfolio,” said Dan Mahoney, SVP, development, Hay Creek Hotels and Restaurants.
