Hunter Hotel Advisors advised on the sale of the Hyatt Place Las Vegas. Irvine, CA-based Greens Development purchased the property with Hunter VP Brian Embree representing the institutional seller.
The property is located less than two miles from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, and close to the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Cox Pavilion and Harry Reid International Airport. The Las Vegas market drew more than 38.8 million visitors to the city in 2022 alone.
Fully renovated in 2016, the property offers 202 keys, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and three on-site dining outlets.
