Four Pacifica Hotels Join Hilton’s Tapestry Collection

IRVINE, CA—Pacifica Hotels, an owner-operator of primarily independent properties on the California coast, has expanded further into the global brand category as four of its hotels have joined Tapestry Collection by Hilton, including The Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach, The Kinney in San Luis Obispo, Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina del Rey and The Redondo Beach Hotel in Redondo Beach.

As part of Tapestry Collection, each hotel’s experience will be enhanced by way of Hilton’s strong global distribution network and industry reputation among travelers, according to Pacifica. The newly affiliated properties will also now participate in Hilton’s guest loyalty program, Hilton Honors.

“We are thrilled to partner with Hilton to bring four of our independent, design-focused properties to the Tapestry Collection,” said Matt Marquis, CEO, Pacifica Hotels. “The brand is a perfect fit for our hotels as they celebrate the uniqueness and personality of independent properties while providing value and access to a broader traveling audience. With properties along the California Coast, Pacifica Hotels has always made it a focus to cultivate destinations that immerse travelers and offer a genuine sense of place.”

All four California properties offer memorable experiences with lifestyle design, award-winning food and beverage and services, the company reports. The Belamar Hotel, located just minutes from LAX, offers updated guestrooms featuring sandy beige tones and contemporary art, as well as more than 7,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting and event space.

Less than a mile from California Polytechnic State University and Downtown San Luis Obisbo, The Kinney San Luis Obispo offers renovated guestrooms featuring plaid carpet and a full wall collage of classic California prints, as well as Leroy’s restaurant and bar; and the 1,200-sq.-ft. Library and 835-sq.-ft. Gallery meeting spaces.

Jamaica Bay Inn sits directly on Mother’s Beach in Marina del Rey, less than a mile from Venice Beach and Venice Canals. The island-inspired retreat showcases a vibrant beach house aesthetic, and offers more than 4,000 sq. ft. of event venues and Beachside Restaurant and Bar.

Nearby is The Redondo Beach Hotel, inspired by the laid-back lifestyle and natural elements of the region. Centrally located in the heart of King Harbor, less than a mile from Seaside Lagoon and Redondo Beach Pier, the hotel offers marina view rooms, nearly 6,000 sq. ft. of flexible indoor/outdoor meeting and event spaces, a rooftop terrace and on-site bike rentals.
