Extreme Hospitality has added The Franklin on Rittenhouse, a boutique lifestyle hotel located in Center City, Philadelphia, to its portfolio of managed properties.
Located steps from Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square, the hotel features 20 individually decorated guestrooms and the Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company, a speakeasy named after what was once considered the largest alcohol ring in the country during the Prohibition era. That rebellious legacy continues to shape the hotel’s distinctive personality and guest experience, according to the company.
