Extreme Hospitality has assumed management of Hotel Warner, a landmark boutique hotel in West Chester, PA.
The hotel originally opened in 1930 as the Warner Theater. Following its transformation in 2011, Hotel Warner has maintained many of the theatre’s original architectural elements, including the grand staircase from the 1930s, historic brickwork and curated photography that celebrates the building’s cinematic past. The lobby was once the theater’s grand entrance.
“This property is a perfect reflection of our approach—honoring the history and character of a community while elevating operations, guest experience and financial performance,” said Eric Rubino, principal, Extreme Hospitality. “West Chester is an exceptional market, and Hotel Warner is a true cornerstone asset within it.”
Extreme Hospitality will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, focusing on driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the property’s connection to the local community.
“Hotel Warner is more than just a hotel—it’s a story, a landmark and a gathering place for the West Chester community,” Rubino added. “We look forward to building on that legacy and positioning the property for long-term success.”
