Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay America Premier Suites in Duncan, SC. VMV Capital developed and will manage the property.
The four-floor, 88-room, newly constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites Duncan features free WiFi, complimentary healthy breakfast, premium cable, a fitness room, on-site guest laundry and the brand’s signature spacious lobby with additional vending options. All suites include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwaves, stovetops, cookware, utensils and dishes, as well as signature bedding, a recliner and workspace.
