Choice Hotels International Inc. has opened three new Everhome Suites properties, in Huntsville, AL; Chandler, AZ; and Temecula, CA. The brand now has 10 properties open across the country and is on track to have 25 hotels open by the end of the year, with 20 currently under construction. Overall, Everhome Suites has more than 65 hotels in the pipeline.
Extended-stay continues to be the hottest segment in hospitality, with record demand, according to the company, whose domestic extended-stay rooms grew by 10% year-over-year. Across its four extended-stay brands, Choice has 515 hotels open and nearly 400 in the pipeline.
“The growth of Everhome Suites is a direct result of our strong collaboration with developers and owners to continuously value-engineer the brand so that it is well-positioned for growth within the new-construction, midscale extended-stay segment,” said Ron Burgett, SVP, extended-stay development, Choice Hotels. “For the combined economy and midscale extended-stay segments, our brands including Everhome Suites represent about half of all hotels that opened in 2024 or are currently under construction.”

The company recently launched a new digital marketing campaign to raise Everhome Suites’ brand awareness.
The new hotels are:
- Everhome Suites Huntsville – Research Park has 98 rooms and offers access to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center and Huntsville Medical District. Developed by EHS Huntsville LLC, the property was designed by Woolpert and constructed by Integrated Construction.
- Everhome Suites Chandler Phoenix Fashion Center was developed by ServiceStar Capital Management and Genesis Companies, designed by 101 Architecture and built by PATH Construction. It has 114 rooms and offers access to downtown Phoenix.
- Everhome Suites Temecula, developed and owned by Paladin Equity Capital, offers 117 rooms. It was designed by Woolpert and constructed by Buffalo Construction. Temecula is known for its wineries, Old Town district and entertainment options, including Pechanga Resort Casino.
Every Everhome Suites guestroom offers a fully equipped kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, flatware and cookware, as well as spa-style bathrooms. A select number of premium one-bedroom suites feature in-room washers and dryers. Amenities include Homebase Market, free WiFi, a fitness center and guest laundry facilities, as well as a communal outdoor amenity area with barbeque grills, firepits and green spaces. Select hotels also have a pool.
