EOS Hospitality names Ernest Lee chief commercial officer

Hotel management company EOS Hospitality has appointed Ernest Lee as chief commercial officer.

In this role, he will lead and support the company’s commercial team, overseeing revenue & distribution, marketing, PR, sales, reservations and business intelligence. He will collaborate closely with property teams to refine and elevate revenue management, distribution, marketing and sales strategies.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial strategy, hospitality and real estate investment, Lee has built a career defined by commercial innovation, operational excellence and hospitality innovation, according to the company. He joins EOS Hospitality from citizenM, where he served as chief commercial officer. Since joining that company in 2015, he led the expansion of the brand’s U.S. footprint from one to 22 hotels, developed an industry-first paid membership program and spearheaded initiatives that enhanced corporate sales, optimized distribution and strengthened the company’s technology infrastructure.

Prior to his tenure at citizenM, Lee spent nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, following the acquisition of Sonnenblick-Goldman, where he specialized in hospitality investment sales and advisory for owners, operators and brands.

“Since its founding, I’ve witnessed EOS quickly establish itself as one of the most respected management companies in the hospitality industry,” said Lee. “What sets EOS apart as an operator is its owner-driven mindset and relentless commitment to enhancing long-term asset value. I’m truly honored to be joining such an innovative company as it enters its next phase of growth.”
