Enseo has promoted Sarah Jones to VP, commercial strategy & customer excellence. In this expanded role, she will direct a new customer success team.
In her almost five years at Enseo, Jones has held leadership roles in business, development, operations and client success.

Enseo’s customer success team plays a pivotal role in ensuring long-term satisfaction, improved revenue and operational efficiency for its hotel partners, according to the company. Through proactive engagement, regular business reviews and continuous training, the team provides the tools and insights hotels need to maximize their in-room technology investments.
