Third-party management company Resolute Road Hospitality, has added Doug Ableman as regional VP, operations and Kent Duncan as VP, revenue management.
Ableman brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience to his role. With more than 15 years as a hotel GM and previous experience as a regional director, operations with Western States Lodging and Management, has worked with a variety of hotel brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham and independent properties.
Duncan brings decades of industry experience and his expertise spans commercial strategy, operations and asset management. He will focus on aligning business goals with thoughtful, strategic planning to drive revenue, optimize tools and resources, and increase asset value, according to the company.
