DoubleTree Leominster acquired by Alpental Capital

Alpental Capital, a hospitality investment group with offices in Colorado and Washington, has acquired the full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Leominster, MA.

Located off I-190, the hotel has 187 guestrooms, nearly 15,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness center, and an on-site restaurant and bar. Alpental plans to invest in significant property improvements to further elevate the guest experience and solidify the DoubleTree Leominster’s long-term position as a preferred hotel in the region.

This strategic investment is the 10th hotel Alpental has purchased since mid-2021, as well as Alpental’s third DoubleTree hotel and second hotel located in the Northeast.
