Dimension adds Columbus Fairfield Inn and Suites

Hotel management company Dimension Hospitality has added the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Columbus East to its portfolio.

The hotel is in the final stages of a multimillion-dollar renovation showcasing the brand’s new interior. Every guestroom has been updated with new furnishings, bedding, mattresses, carpet and window treatments. Bathrooms have been upgraded with new wallcoverings, lighting, mirrors and showers. Public space improvements include a new breakfast area, lobby decor and a refreshed Corner Market.

“The Fairfield Inn and Suites Columbus East will soon have an entirely new look and feel that conveys a relaxed vibe,” said Joe Viglietta, COO, Dimension Hospitality. “We are eager to reintroduce this beautifully refreshed property to the Columbus market and generate excitement among the hotel’s associates.”

Jeff Shockley, EVP, development and analytics, Dimension, added, “Dimension has a tremendous track record operating upper-midscale hotels, and we look forward to rendering impressive returns on this most recent renovation to the investors. We are expert at elevating the guest experience and bringing those higher ADR to the bottom line.”

Located in Reynoldsburg, a suburb of East Columbus, the hotel is close to the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, less than 10 miles from Columbus International Airport and about 17 miles from Ohio State University. The 83-room and suite hotel offers complimentary WiFi, an indoor pool, a fitness center, hot breakfast and a cookie at check-in.
