Dellisart LLC, a national hotel ownership, management and development company, has expanded its team with the addition of Jeffrey Rake as regional VP, business development.
Rake brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing targeting the hospitality industry. He joins Dellisart from XBD Hospitality, where he leveraged the value of working with small ownership groups to address their individual challenges in a collaborative, customized manner, the company reports. He also held previous positions with Marcus & Millichap and MMGY Global, formally MMG Worldwide.
