Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, a collection of independent hotels and resorts, has added two new properties, with the Fidelity Hotel in Cleveland and the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI, joining the portfolio.

Opening in late 2024, the 97-room Fidelity Hotel is located in one of the most visited neighborhoods in downtown Cleveland. The ground floor of the hotel will be a space for meetings, socializing, dining and activities. The lobby, bar and restaurant will include a full bar, classic dishes, regional ingredients and fresh takes on Cleveland essentials. The hotel will have amenities such as 24-hour concierge and guest services, a fitness center, complimentary newspapers and coffee, in-room dining, locally sourced minibars and custom bathrobes.
The Royal Park Hotel is located in downtown Rochester. It features 143 guestrooms and suites.
