Newport Beach, CA-based Clearview Hotel Capital LLC, a privately held hotel investment and advisory company, has promoted David Jubitz, chief investment officer, to president. He joined the company at its inception in 2007 as an analyst and has been instrumental in building it from the ground up, participating in the closing of more than $2 billion in hotel transactions.
