Crystal Investment Property LLC (CIP), a member of Hotel Brokers International, has brokered the sale of the Three Rivers Resort in Kooskia, ID. CIP, a licensed Idaho brokerage, represented the buyer and seller in the sale. The final sale price is confidential.
Joseph P. Kennedy, president, CIP, and his team worked closely with both parties and their other professionals to negotiate a mutually acceptable sale.
Three Rivers Resort is a full-service, 53-key economy property in North Central Idaho at the convergence of the Selway, Lochsa and Middlefork Clearwater Rivers. This seasonally operated resort is located on owned riverfront land. The property encompasses an array of features, including lodge and RV units, a restaurant, event space and a convenience store/gift shop.
