Brian Ehrlich joins Lodging Dynamics

Hotel management company Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group has appointed Brian Ehrlich as its VP, business development.

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, he has worked with premium-brand hotels and resorts in major markets throughout the U.S. As a business development executive and as an advisor to private equity groups, he closed and facilitated significant third-party management contracts throughout his career, according to the company. At Kimpton Hotels and Resorts, he led the brand’s expansion in core markets while serving as VP/head of acquisitions for the Western states.

In addition to his business development involvement, he has extensive investment experience as an owner, executive, or advisor with several hotel private equity portfolios. As a principal, chief investment officer or advisor, he has been instrumental in acquiring or developing portfolio assets valued at $3 billion, according to the company. While chief investment officer for hotels at Ensemble Investments, he oversaw their expansion in East and West Coast markets.
