The Boutique Hotel Investment Conference, a gathering dedicated to independent boutique hotel investment, returns to New York City on June 4, at the Florence Gould Hall.
Hosted by the Boutique Lifestyle Leaders Association (BLLA), the event is filled with “high-impact conversations, strategic insights and unmatched networking for owners, developers, investors and visionaries” in boutique and luxury hospitality.
Under the 2025 theme of “Cultivating Independence in Boutique Hospitality Investment,” the conference will explore emerging opportunities, creative capital strategies and market-defining trends shaping the future of this distinct and growing segment.
This year’s keynote session will feature an exclusive conversation with Simon P. Casson, CEO, Corinthia Hotels, and Pradeep Raman, managing director, The Surrey – A Corinthia Hotel, joined by Ariela Kiradjian, COO, BLLA. Together, they’ll unpack how the luxury hospitality brand is scaling with precision, purpose and soul, offering rare insight into a growth model that balances global ambition with a deep commitment to boutique values.
The discussion will explore Corinthia’s global investment strategy, development pipeline, and its distinctive approach to long-term value creation. Attendees will better understand how legacy and innovation converge in Corinthia’s evolution and what it takes to grow independently in today’s capital-intensive landscape without compromising on character, craft or guest experience.
This year’s conference will also convene leaders across the boutique hospitality landscape—including investors, developers, operators and financial institutions—for a day of panels, workshops and networking. Programming will cover market trends, financing approaches, sustainable growth strategies and innovations shaping the next era of boutique hotel development. Sessions include:
- Redefining Investment in Boutique & Luxury Hotels with Glynn Aeppel (Glencove Capital), Elizabeth Mullins (Flâneur Hospitality) and Sarah Eustis (Main Street Hospitality)
- Deal Structuring in a Complex Market with Guy Maisnik (JMBM) and Samantha Ahuja (Greenberg Traurig)
- Luxury Development in Boutique Hospitality with senior leaders from KReMM, Rocco Forte Hotels, Montage International and Mandarin Oriental
- Equity Investment – Aligning Vision and Value with experts from KHP Capital Partners, Ohana Real Estate Investors, HotelAve and Highgate
- Food & Beverage Profitability with insight from Sam Bakhshandehpour (José Andrés Group), David Rodolitz (VCR Group), and Peter Wright (Nestlé Premium Waters)
“New Partnerships, New Paths Forward is more than a theme—it’s our commitment to bold action,” said Kiradjian, who is also the executive director of StayBoutique. “In my welcome address, I’ll unveil several new initiatives to uplift and unite the global boutique community. From innovative partnerships with like-minded organizations to expanded educational resources under the BLLA umbrella, these efforts are about accelerating growth and deepening connections worldwide. As always, we aim to foster a future-forward, values-driven network where boutique hotel professionals can thrive together.”
