Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, brokered the sale of the Baymont by Wyndham Grand Forks, a 91-room, four-story hotel located in Grand Forks, ND.
Marcus & Millichap’s Bina Dhanji and Skyler Cooper of the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller, an out-of-state limited liability company. The buyer, an out-of-state limited liability company, was procured by Chris Gomes. Todd Lindblom is Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in North Dakota.
