Arriba Capital closes $67M construction loan for Nashville dual-brand property

Arriba Capital recently closed a $67-million construction loan for a dual-branded Home2 Suites and Hampton Inn in Nashville’s East Bank, adjacent to Oracle’s planned $2-billion new global HQ.

The borrower, a Southeast-based hospitality management and development company and repeat client of Arriba, will deliver this upper-midscale hotel in the beginning of 2027.
