Aqua-Aston Hospitality has appointed Andrea Mue as its new managing director. She succeeds Denis Ebrill, who recently retired.
Mue leads a team of strategic operations and commercial specialists to support the company’s business model. She joined Aqua-Aston in December 2018 as SVP/chief financial executive. She led a transformation in Aqua-Aston’s financial strategy, implementing substantive changes to enhance its accounting and financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting and audit functions, according to the company.
She began her career at Ernst & Young in the hospitality finance division. Her career highlights include a significant tenure at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, culminating in her role as CFO, and serving as EVP/CFO at The Chartres Lodging Group & Kokua Hospitality before joining Aqua-Aston.
