Led by California-based EKN Development, the four-story, 80,816 sq.-ft. property shares common spaces, including The Way Station restaurant and bar, outdoor pool and hot tub and 24/7 fitness center. While 83 guestrooms at Fairfield Inn & Suites cater to short-term leisure travelers, the 65 guestrooms at TownePlace Suites Tempe are designed for extended stays. Located across from mixed-use retail hub Tempe Marketplace, the property is within close proximity to numerous shopping, dining and entertainment destinations, with Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport about six miles away.
